Users are prohibited from submitting orders to purchase goods or services (bidding for items) where they do not intend to complete such transactions.

Users may not purchase goods or services that they are prohibited from purchasing or possessing by any law applicable to them in their jurisdictions. By submitting an order to purchase goods or services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to purchase and possess such goods or services.

Nor can J-bidders confirm the truth or accuracy of any statements made by sellers or control whether individuals or merchants who post statements through Yahoo! Japan auctions will act in accordance with those statements. J-bidders act solely as an intermediary between J-bidders users and Yahoo! Japan auctions sellers to facilitate the sale and purchase of goods which ordinarily could not be accomplished to lack of a common language. J-bidders will not get involved in any dispute between users of  J-bidders auction service and individuals accessible through Yahoo! Japan auctions.
