Fees and Costs
We believe in offering our customers not only highly competitive rates but also transparency. There are no hidden costs or extra charges added. If you have any questions about costs please don't hesitate to contact us. We regret that it isn't usually possible to quote an exact price for a particular vehicle because the final total is dependent on the final auction price, however in most cases we will be able to give you an estimate.

Please be aware that in certain cases the customer may be required to pay additional fees, these include :
- 5% consumption tax and handling fee if the seller has charged us (Yahoo! Japan Auctions).
- Additional transport costs if the vehicle engine won't start.
- Any repair costs. The shipping company won't accept the vehicle if it is leaking fluids.
- Cost of storage if the vehicle can't be shipped immediately.
- Additional customs fees
- De-gassing fee (removing the gas from the A/C unit)
- Late payment fee

Auto parts
The majority of auto parts and accessories are subject to our standard fees and shipping policies. The only exceptions being parts which are either over-sized or overweight (in excess of 30kg). If you want to buy such parts please contact us to enquire about shipping and handling fees.
